Who can use MyPatchly
Adults aged 18 and over, by invitation during the beta.
What MyPatchly is
A wellness game for noticing how food and mood move together. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
It is not designed for people living with serious mental illness, eating disorders or type 1 diabetes, or for anyone who is pregnant. Readings and food estimates are not for dosing insulin or any medicine. If you take regular medication, talk to your prescriber before changing what you eat.
It’s a beta
Things will break, change or disappear, and the service may pause or end. We’ll tell you by email before we close it.
Your logs and photos
They are yours. You let us use them to run MyPatchly for you and, under a user number rather than your name, to understand how the beta is going. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Our privacy notice explains the details.
Being decent
Don’t upload anything that isn’t yours to share, anything unlawful, or anything about someone else’s health without their permission. Don’t try to break, copy or misuse the service.
Sponsored seasons
Some seasons may be supported by brands and are always marked “Sponsored by”. Taking part is optional. Partners never receive information about you, only group totals.
Purchases
There is nothing to buy during the beta. If that changes, you will see the price and what you get before you pay.
The characters and art
Please don’t copy MyPatchly’s name, characters or artwork.
Liability
We provide MyPatchly as it is during the beta. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights your local law gives you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll tell you in MyPatchly or by email.
