Privacy, in plain words
This page explains what MyPatchly collects on this website, where it goes, and how to make us forget it. No legal fog, no surprises.
The short version: we collect nothing about you until you choose to join the waitlist. When you do, we keep your email, your first name, your quiz answers, and which link brought you here. We use it for one thing: inviting you into the garden. This site sets no advertising cookies and no trackers that follow you around the internet. We never sell your information, to anyone, ever.
Who we are
MyPatchly is made by Hushful Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16748595) and registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller (registration ZC100500). If anything on this page needs a human, write to ally@hushful.ai and one will answer.
What we collect, and when
Browsing this site: nothing personal. We count visits with Plausible, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies and stores no personal information. It tells us things like "300 people visited on Tuesday", never who you are.
Joining the waitlist: at that point, and only because you typed it, we keep:
- your email address and first name;
- your quiz answers and the garden result they led to;
- which link brought you to us (so we know where to say thank you);
- the date and time you joined;
- two things your browser sends automatically with any web request: its technical name (the "user agent") and the country your connection comes from. We keep them only to spot technical problems and to see roughly where our gardeners are.
That's the whole list. We ask for nothing about your health on this website.
Where it lives, and who helps us
Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare (our website infrastructure) and with Kit (the service that sends our emails). Both act only on our instructions, under data-processing agreements. Kit will send you a confirmation email first, and you're only on the list once you click it.
Kit is based in the United States, so the details you give us travel there. That transfer is protected by the UK's approved safeguards (the international data transfer addendum in our agreement with Kit), which hold Kit to the same standards described on this page.
What we use it for
Sending you the things you signed up to hear about: your invitation, and the occasional note about the garden while you wait. That's the lawful basis known as consent, and you can take it back at any moment.
Your side of the deal
- Leave anytime: every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works first time.
- See or correct your details: email us and we'll show you exactly what we hold.
- Be forgotten: ask, and we delete your record everywhere we keep it.
- Complain: if you think we've handled your information badly, you can tell the UK's Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
How long we keep it
Until the invitations have gone out and the waitlist has done its job, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. We don't hoard.
A few plain boundaries
- MyPatchly is for adults (18 and over).
- MyPatchly is a wellness product, not a medical device. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces care from a professional.
- The MyPatchly app itself shows its own privacy information before you start using it; this page covers this website and the waitlist.
If this page changes
We'll update it here and change the date below. If a change matters to what we hold about you, we'll email you rather than hoping you notice.
